Yvonne is a compassionate and engaging psychotherapist and mental health therapist specializing in services for children, youth, families, and adults. She is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers in Ottawa, ON. From contemplating divorce all the way to finalizing your settlement, I can help keep you focused on what matters and support you in creating a new relationship with your former spouse. I help people identify new communication strategies as well as help them manage the range of emotions that can often contribute to a lengthy divorce process. I help clients identify the best dispute resolution process to achieve their goals, prioritize interests as well as prepare for difficult conversations such as finances and parenting.

Through my coaching practice I help clients prepare for mediation (and other various dispute resolution models), develop new communication strategies, begin the healing process from the emotional turmoil of separation as well as emotionally prepare to interact with your former spouse on a new level.

In addition to my coaching practice, I assist separating couples with developing developmental and age appropriate parenting plans that are practical and child focussed.
